Baierl Toyota Ice Complex offers Learn to Play Hockey classes throughout the year. Participants will learn the basics of ice hockey such as skating, shooting, and passing. In each class, players will learn and practice their skills through on-ice drills before playing a scrimmage to apply their skills in a game setting. Our certified Baierl Toyota Ice Complex instructors will oversee each session to ensure players are learning and having fun!

Full hockey equipment is required. Equipment is not included.

As a prerequisite, registrants should have enough skating experience to be able to skate in hockey equipment while holding a stick.

Ages: 5 - 12

Spring Schedule:

  Wednesdays 5:00 PM - 5:50 PM

April 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

May 6th, 13th, and 20th

Fee: $240 - 8 classes

Summer Schedule

Tuesdays 6:00 PM - 6:50 PM

June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

July 7th, 14th, 21st

Fee: $240 - 8 classes

If you do not have a USA Hockey confirmation number, you will need to become a USA Hockey member before you register for Learn to Play Hockey. To do this, you must go to the link below. There is a $46 fee to register. The membership is valid until August 31st, 2026, and it must be renewed yearly if you wish to continue in USA Hockey-sanctioned programs and leagues.
